To implement the program, sub-distributors review and approve the Licensing Agreement, establish territory boundaries, and agree to contractual gallonage commitments. Equipment needs are considered, both in terms of distributor tanker trucks and customer storage options.
Process decisions are made to determine the most cost effective methods of production - whether it's in-truck product blending at third-party terminals, or storage of finished product at the ditributor's locations, or a combination of the two.
